Switching from traditional to digital acquisition is a big step. Therefore we understand how scary it can be to start dealing with a new technology. Therefore, our mission was to design a system that was fully adapted to the orthotics, prosthetics and custom equipment market, which allows scanning from head to toes. We also wanted a system that would allow a smooth transition and make life easier for those who would use it. For this reason, we concentrated all our efforts and knowledge in creating something simple, accessible and user-friendly, so that even a child could go through the whole scanning process and post-treatment in just a few minutes.

However, we did not want to sacrifice the accuracy and precision of the measurements. The patients should have access to the best prosthetics and orthotics, and to do so the highest scan quality is required. Therefore, we also made sure you would have the highest accuracy on the market, and especially that the results would always be constant whoever uses the scanner and wherever the scan is done.

Passer de la méthode d’acquisition traditionnelle à l’acquisition digitale représente une étape importante. Pour cette raison, nous comprenons comment il peut être délicat et préoccupant d’apprivoiser cette nouvelle technologie. Ainsi, notre mission était de mettre au point un système qui est pleinement adapté au milieu de l’orthèse, prothèse et équipement sur mesure, et qui permettrait de scanner de la tête au pied. Nous voulions aussi un système qui permettrait une transition graduelle et harmonieuse afin de faciliter la vie de ceux qui allait l’utiliser. Nous avons donc concentré tous nos efforts et savoir-faire à la création de quelque chose de simple, intuitif, accessible et facile d’utilisation, afin que même un enfant soit capable de mener le processus d’acquisition et de post-traitement d’un bout à l’autre en quelques secondes.

Toutefois, nous ne voulions pas sacrifier la fidélité et la précision des mesures. Les patients devraient avoir accès aux meilleurs appareillages orthopédiques et pour ce faire, il est nécessaire d’obtenir la meilleure qualité de scan possible. Ainsi, nous nous sommes assurés que vous auriez accès à la plus haute précision sur le marché, et spécialement que les résultats seraient toujours constants peu importe qui utilise le scanner et dans quel environnement.
