With state of the art machinery, our shrimp plant can process over 20,000 lbs. of head-on, headless, and peeled shrimp while our fish plant can process over 5,000 lbs. of fresh fish fillets daily. Our inventory facilities can store over 1 million pounds of product on site, which allows for better inventory control and more accurate distribution. Our seafood originates from the Gulf of Mexico, the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, as well as international waters. In addition to a wide selection of over 1,000 different fresh and frozen seafood items, our company offers a variety of specialty seasonings and meats.
