Five Brothers Artisan Cheese is the only manufacturer of cheese in Newfoundland and Labrador. Based in the Goulds, Five Brothers Artisan Cheese produces a wide selection of cheeses including cheddars (Avalon), cheese curds (Bergy Bits) and queso fresco (White Fleet).
Five Brothers Artisan Cheese can be found in a variety of places for retail including Rocket Bakery, Bidgoods Grocery, Belbins Grocery, Real Food Market and Food For Thought also in June at the St. John's Farmers Market. In addition we provide catering services for special events such as parties, weddings and other special events.
Five Brothers Artisan Cheese uses 100% Newfoundland milk and prides itself with building relationships with local farmers and producers within Newfoundland.
